Hello outthere, we are guys. A minority on this camp. We are 3 of 5 guys among 22 girls. But its fun. Especially Kiri. She is fun. We had breakfast at about 8 o’clock. I (Henrik from Denmark) had buns for breakfast. Other people took eggs or milk. Some both. Some even took eggs, milk AND buns. After a nurishing breakfast we (Matteo from Italy, Henrik from Sweden and Henrik the Dane) cleaned the eating room. Because of that we were late at the morning meeting. The two Henrik got elected to the Scandinavian-dominated camp council also consisting of Kiri of Denmark, Rebecca from Germany and Josefin of Sweden. Juan Lopez was elected vice member because Josefin does not like us and will leave in a week. Just kidding, she likes us, especially Juan. Everybody likes Juan, especially the 2 Henriks.
Then we went on a teambuilding trip. The 4 groups had different types of leadership. Both Henriks were strong leaders. Matteos group had good leadership but no leader, the opposite of Italy. The have a leader but a bad one. J There was fun with ropes, wood, fire and water. And mud. And soap. Not at the same time. Henrik from Denmark had a good fire, but a slow one. The other fires were bad, but quick.
The guys leaded us were good, they were good at explaning and they were funny. They had played their games before. That was good.
In the evening there were presentations of countries. The first was Turkey. That was impressive and they danced bellydance. Matteo, Kiri and Henrik the Dane also did. The Turks thought Kiri was best, even though Matteo and Henrik was close. Then it was Austria, Belgium, Germany and then, the best show of the evening (I, Henrik the Dane, think) Denmark’s show was fast and exiting and they talked about snail, warlosses and pigs. After that Estonia and France took over. And then, also one of the great shows (Matteo thinks) Italy’s. Matteo is very strange. He is Italian and does not like football. Hmm. But at least he likes pizza. They sang the national anthem and suddenly Matteo became very nationalistic and felt a strong love for his country.
And here we are three guys at one computer typing down our thoughts of the day, and then we wrote this. We don’t want to say who we are. That is embarrising.
P.S. We used sarcasm. That is Scandinavian.
